• Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the course must not be completed beyond 30%. If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
• Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
• Promotional and Discounted Courses: Courses purchased during a promotional period or at a discounted rate are eligible for refunds, provided they meet the general refund conditions.

3. Select the course you wish to request a refund for.
4. Click on the “Request Refund” button and fill out the required form.
5. Submit your refund request.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your statement.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following types of purchases are non-refundable:

• Completed Courses: If you have completed more than 30% of the course content, you are not eligible for a refund.

5. Course Cancellations and Changes

In the event that EDCampus cancels a course, a full refund will be issued regardless of the amount of content accessed. If significant changes are made to the course content that substantially affect the learning outcomes, you may be eligible for a refund or course credit at our discretion.
