  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  • Promotional and Discounted Courses: Courses purchased during a promotional period or at a discounted rate are eligible for refunds, provided they meet the general refund conditions.

3. Refund Processing Time
